Hollaa!! my name is Fivi ermaningsih. I am part of marketing management study program, fakulty of economic, university of jakarta. I graduated from senior high school 1 Ajibarang in 2018. In my three years of schooling I was active in the organization. I am actively contributing to the "dewan amban" organization at high school. Dewan Ambalan is one of the school organizations in the scout field. Because I actively contributed in the scout field, therefore I joined the work unit "kalpataru". Saka (satuan karya or work unit) Kalpataru is one of the Scout Work Unit in the Scout Movement which is specifically engaged in the environmental field.
I had thought if being active in an organization really drained a lot of energy and mind. Reflecting on my high school life, I was actually a little reluctant to actively contribute to the organization again. In the world of lectures I want to be an ordinary student. I think, I dont want to contribute in any field. But since I participated in the socialization program of the Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University in 2018, my mind changed again. Since I started the socialization, I started thinking "wow! at least I have to contribute to the world of lectures".I want to contribute at least to my department, which is the management department. after being able to contribute in the scope of the management department. I want to continue my contribution in the economic faculty circle. and I want to continue my contribution within the university.
I will begin with my contribution to the management department. Because contributing in the management department is a first step to be able to contribute even more. For the first step I will try to get rid of my bad behavior while I'm in high school. Of course good behavior is one step towards another good thing. Being a good person is also very good for the friendship environment. We will have many friends to help each other and support each other. we will start doing good for the environmental management department. So that the management department contains good people.
For my second contribution I will always try to introspect myself. I can't do bad things that can bring the name of a bad management department. And I will avoid bad deeds that can be used as bad examples by friends in the management department. The essence of my second contribution. I will not as much as possible tarnish the good name of the management department because of my personal actions.
For my third contribution. My third contribution still covers myself. As much as possible I will try hard to value my grades while studying at Jakarta state university. I don't want it because my value is not satisfying, it will affect others, my friends and even my beloved department, “Managemen”. As much as possible I will maintain my values so as not to embarrass my department, which is the management department. As much as possible not to embarrass the faculty of economics and not embarrass the state university of Jakarta.
For my fourth contribution. I will start with good friends with anyone in the management department, even in the economics faculty, even good friends with all students of the Universitas Negeri Jakarta. In my opinion this is an important contribution. If we find it difficult to make good friends then there will be cracks coming from within the management department. Establishing good friendships will strengthen the course of lectures. Will strengthen friendships. Make us harmonious students and can work well together.
For my fifth contribution. As much as possible I will establish good relations with instructors or teacher or lecturer from Jakarta state universities or all citizens of Jakarta state universities. Invite my friends to get in touch with the instructors or teacher or lecturer and all citizens of the Jakarta state university. Why do i think so? because the image of a department is certainly the result of the assessment of the people around. If we cannot maintain good relations with our surroundings then we will look ugly and be considered bad.
For my sixth contribution. Of course I need a container to channel what's in my brain. At Jakarta State University there are many places for students to channel their talents and interests. At Jakarta State University there are Student Organizations (Ormawa) and Student Government Organizations (OPMAWA). For my contribution in management. I want to take part in one of the student activities in the field of management, namely HIMA Manajamen (Management Student Association). The Management Student Association (HIMA Management) is a part of the Student Executive Board (BEM) of the Faculty of Economics. Where the Student Executive Board (BEM) Faculty of Economics is part of the Student Executive Board (BEM) of the State University of Jakarta.
The reason I want to contribute to the management student association (HIMA management) is that I can channel ideas, add friends, add insight and be able to interact with around. Want to contribute in advancing the management department in the field of organization. Where we will learn how to hold the mandate of many people. Creating new creations. And share experiences with other friends. Contributing to the organization is not an easy thing. Maybe the same as life when I was senior high school. Sacrifice time and mind. But, when viewed from the positive, we can learn to manage time, discipline and responsibility. Besides adding lots of friends and experience, of course we can advance the management together. We can learn many things from there.
After we join the management student association (Hima Manajemen) we can continue to the Executive Board of the Faculty of Economics students (BEM Faculty of Economics) where we will learn to contribute to the world of organization not only within the Department of Management, but within the scope of the Faculty of economics. Economic faculty student executive body (BEM faculty of economics) can continue to the Jakarta State University Student Executive Board (BEM UNJ). I am one of the students who want to contribute to the organization with the good name of the management department.
Not only in Student Organizations (Ormawa) and Student Government Organizations (OPMAWA). I also want to contribute to PKM (Student Creativity Program). one of the PKM (student creativity programs) that I want to follow is PKM-K is a program to develop students' skills in entrepreneurship and profit oriented. I want to channel ideas that cross my mind in the field of entrepreneurship. And hopefully it can have a good impact on my beloved department is management.
In my opinion, all I want to contribute to the state university of Jakarta, especially for my department is management. Hopefully what I plan for better management can be done. So many of me if there is an error please forgive. Thank you.
